The staff provided a warm welcome. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I found scissors at reception for my bandages. That was helpful. Customers should know about parking issues and potential fines for incorrect registration.

the accommodation was super clean! the bathroom included complementary shampoo and shower gel. The shower was perfect. tea, coffee, and ironing facilities in the standard double room are a bonus. even the curtains were lovely!
My only small issue was the pillows. They were a bit too hard. that is just my personal preference, though.

Izabela at reception was super helpful. Avanish in the restaurant was also lovely and helpful. Sam, the bar manager with an Irish accent, was super friendly.
The hotel food did not meet my expectations. I wish for more refrigerator in my room. It was dissapointing. the bedding lacked comfort.

There is excellent outside space with many grass areas. These grass areas were well walked since we had dogs. I found the hotel very clean and inviting, it was perfect for my dogs.
