the accommodation was super clean! the bathroom included complementary shampoo and shower gel. The shower was perfect. tea, coffee, and ironing facilities in the standard double room are a bonus. even the curtains were lovely!
My only small issue was the pillows. They were a bit too hard. that is just my personal preference, though.

the staff were very polite and friendly. they were always happy to assist with any requests, such as providing extra coffee or information. the reception staff offered efficient check-in and check-out services.

The standard double room was very comfy and tidy. it included essential amenities like a television, a desk, and a wardrobe. i found the room size adequate for a short stay. The air conditioning worked efficiently.

Izabela at reception was super helpful. Avanish in the restaurant was also lovely and helpful. Sam, the bar manager with an Irish accent, was super friendly.
The hotel food did not meet my expectations. I wish for more refrigerator in my room. It was dissapointing. the bedding lacked comfort.

The reception staff provides a warm welcome. Jo, in reception, was especially helpful and polite. The staff tries to ensure guests enjoy their stay and helps with all requests.

There is excellent outside space with many grass areas. These grass areas were well walked since we had dogs. I found the hotel very clean and inviting, it was perfect for my dogs.

The breakfast was good, with an excellent buffet selection. I noticed a good choice of food and drink was available. The waiting staff was excellent, this made breakfast a perfect meal.

The hotel is handy for motorway access. It is in a central location. I like that the hotel is not in the city center. Everything is very accessible from the hotel.
